Bill "The Slacker" 2001

We took Bill fishing for carp for the first time. First he complained about getting up early, then he got lost, then complained about it still being dark, that was until he caught his first carp and went crazy! We only put three rods out and shared them, this first carp hit before the second rod was even rigged up so we let Bill grab it for the first carp of the day.

Bill is a student at the University of Maryland, he is studying to be a doctor one day, we sometimes let him do experiments and he hasnt blow anyone up yet so it looks like he might make a good doctor.

This is one of my new fishing partners for 2001, Easy Ed. We caught over 30 carp this morning, most were just exacly like this one. But, thats not a problem, because each and every single one of them took off like a rocket making the bite alarms sing loudly.

This is one of the bigger carp of the trip, I didnt catch as many as Ed or Bill, on my turn this BFC showed up though so I could show them that big carp do live in my river.
