Easy Ed 2001

Easy Ed began fishing with us this year. A reformed catch anything fishermen Ed easily adapted to catching big carp all the time. Ed is a master of the hair rig and is full of fishing lore among many other things.

Kris, Eds wife, learns the proper technique for holding a carp, thumb in the mouth and lift it up for a good picture. Kris also easily adapted to catching big carp, hers for some reason were always bigger than the ones me or Ed caught, and she reminded us of this often.

Mike, United States Department of Agriculture Scientist of the year and crazy kayaker has been catching carp with me for several years, starting when we were into doughballs and having carp pull Mikes canoe upriver.
